A few notable features here: Aircraft Elevator #3 to the left is lowered to hangar bay level. Aircraft Elevator #2 to the right is at flight deck level. The dozens of barrels around the side of the ship are inflatable life rafts, stocked with emergency supplies and food and water rations. The white barrel-shaped object below the big 65 is the CIWS Close-In Weapons System, a high-speed automated anti-aircraft gatlin gun.
