The SH-3 Seahawks are the Navy's multi-purpose helicopters, used for search and rescue missions, anti-submarine warfare, and ship-to-ship passenger and supply transport. There's always at least two of them buzzing around the ship during flight operations, keeping a bird's eye view on things and ready to spring into action for any emergencies. During a deployment they are the first aircraft aboard the ship and the last to leave. As you can see here, their horizontal rotors can be folded back when they're parked.
